For some reason, Daisies seem to be one of my favorite flowers. I know that they are rather common, inexpensive and in comparison do not compare with the frivolous glamor of most. Perhaps perky simplicity is the reason. Bright white and yellow with simple practical petals. A bunch of white daisies will inevitably make me smile. They are also one of my favorite flowers to paint. See examples of my paintings here and here.
