Waterfall at Havana Glen A few weeks ago, I went painting in Havana Glen as recommended to me by an artist living in the area. The Glen was breathtaking and I was overjoyed that such a gorgeous place was not too far from my home. As I painted, many people passed by and I was told that (although in searching the internet I have not been able to confirm it) the Iroquois used this area as a meeting place. I don't know if this is true, but it would certainly be a lovely place to do so.
The land of gorges is not far away, and with much eagerness I will locate and experience all that the land has to offer. What a beautiful part of the state!
